Looks like East West Communities will be building more homes in Williamsburg/James City County. In addition to their Liberty Ridge Community on Centerville Rd near DJ Montague Elementary . Developments plans are currently in review for Summerplace a new home community of 165 single-family homes bordering Yarmouth Creek. Summerplace will be built on 924 acres.

New Kent Vineyards in New Kent, VA has reached an important milestone—They now have families who can say “we live at New Kent Vineyards.”
The people who have moved into The Arbors are the vanguard of several thousand residents who will call this community home as some 2,500 homes in multiple neighborhoods are completed in the coming years.

Starting in the low-to-mid $200s, the homes at The Arbors will range up to 4,000 square feet in size with as many as five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a three-car garage. These homes come with standard features along with custom options to personalize each of the the available home designs.
